Jeff Milanaik is the CrownPoint Group’s visionary and guiding hand. Facilitating CPG’s acquisition, repositioning, development and investment in multi-family, mixed-use and commercial real estate assets, he has overseen the successful completion of major redevelopment projects in Indianapolis, IN and Harrison, NJ. More recently, he launched the redevelopment of a 126-unit apartment project in Netcong, NJ. Jeff is a highly regarded real estate investment professional and an active proponent of renewable energy initiatives. Before assuming leadership of CPG, Jeff served as president and managing partner of Heller Industrial Parks. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
John Porcek is CEO and Managing Principal of CPG’s subsidiary, CrownPoint Development Group (CPDG). A professional engineer and planner with over 30 years’ experience, he oversees the firm’s construction management and development operations and is currently spearheading commercial and residential projects totaling over $500 million. Under John’s leadership, the company will break ground on $50 million in new construction projects during 2017. Before assuming leadership of CPDG, John served as executive vice president and senior partner of I. Heller Construction Co. He obtained his BS in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Recognized for his marketing savvy and entrepreneurial vision, Donald Rasmusson sources and underwrites multi-family development opportunities for CPG and coordinates property management through CPG’s subsidiary, CrownPoint Management Group (CPMG). He is a licensed realtor skilled in land acquisition, building leasing and urban development. Don has managed several of CPG’s major apartment projects and is currently responsible for site development of a newly launched 126-unit complex. Don’s expertise has benefited real estate enterprises like the Robert Douglas Group, Weichert Homes & Land and Cushman & Wakefield. He holds a BA in journalism from Fordham University.
Judy plays an indispensable role in CrownPoint Group’s daily operations and client communications. She oversees project scheduling and accounts payable/receivable while managing the firm’s community initiatives and pro-bono efforts. Judy graduated from William Paterson University with a degree in education. After her teaching tenure, she made a career change to pursue property management and urban redevelopment. Passionate about CPG’s community revitalization efforts, she is also engaged in philanthropy for CPG and several non-profit organizations. In her free time, Judy chairs fundraisers for the Patriots’ Path Boy Scout Council, the Sisters of Christian Charity’s Assumption College, and her local parish.
