A longstanding municipal mayor was seeking the right redeveloper for a stalled townhouse project in Harrison. He reached out to the CPG team and within two years of the call, the site was re-designed, approved, built and leased as the premier boutique apartment complex in the community. 221 Bergen, a 104 unit project, within a five minute walk of the PATH station, was designed with a more transit-oriented clientele in mind. From its quartz countertops to its individually controlled central AC system, the CPG team paid strict attention to all elements of the endeavor delivering this Class A multi-family development on schedule and under budget. The project’s true success? The genuine sense of community the development created for both its residents as well as the surrounding neighborhood.
